Environmental and social assessment

Environmental and social assessment

21 March 2018

For the past 9 months, we have been installing sorting solutions for our “office waste”. Our employees have the opportunity to sort papers, plastic bottles, cans, plastic cups, ink cartridges, batteries and light bulbs.

We have therefore drawn up an initial assessment with the help of our partner, ELISE Atlantique, which is responsible for the disposal of waste and their recovery at the heart of the appropriate sectors.

Several points should be highlighted: the involvement of our employees in this process of sorting waste is without question, the reduction of the environmental impact of this waste is really encouraging, and the creation of jobs for people with disabilities ( one of the strong wishes of the company ELISE Atlantique) only amplifies the interest of such an approach within our company.

Our objectives in 2018: increase the proportion of sorted waste, through awareness, and ultimately reduce the total mass of waste released, regardless of their end of life.

Heading to 2018

20 December 2017

2017 has been prosperous to the development of our activity, both economically and humanly.

We are heading to 2018 with the main objective of further improving the customer relationship. Indeed, we have always attached great importance to the satisfaction of our partners, promoting healthy relationships over time.

The enriching feedback from our surveys and the full involvement of all our employees will help us achieve our new goals.

In addition, respect for the environment is increasingly at the heart of our concerns, 2017 has also allowed us to take a new step. This was already the case for our industrial waste, but from now on our office waste will also be geared towards the appropriate recycling channels. Thus, we will know where all our waste goes, and what job it is done. But more importantly, we will be able to quantify this waste and objectify the reduction of their environmental impact.

In 2018, we are turning to an even healthier, responsible and humane activity.
